Have you been finding yourself exhausted by the constant stream of ads put in front of you everywhere you look? Me too! And having ads running in this space didn’t feel congruent with my intentions for it. So .. they’re gone! That’s right, I’ve removed all ads! No in-post ads, no pop-ups, nada. Just me, writing about life in the woods, clumsy adventures, and the occasional bear encounter. I will still include affiliate links for things I think are worth it, when it makes sense and doesn’t feel icky.
I decided to make this space uncluttered, genuine, and safe to simply enjoy. That means your attention isn’t for sale. Not here. No way.
But … keeping this little corner of the internet alive still takes a bit of time, effort, and yes – money for coffee, snacks and Wi-Fi. If you enjoy what you find here and want to keep it going, here are a few ways to support me without ever feeling like you’re being marketed to or obligated just by showing up:
